The Fall season will run from approximately mid to late August through about mid November. Cost is $125 for Temecula residents. There is an additional $10 fee per player for non-residents.
There is a $10 sibling discount on all additional siblings. TVSA will provide the shirt, socks and shorts for the game uniform. Parents are responsible for shoes and shin guards. Games are on Saturdays (with few or no exceptions). First games of the day start at 8 AM and while most games are in the morning, there may be some in the afternoon. Most teams practice twice a week for an hour in the late afternoon or early evening during the week. In the youngest divisions practices are often only once a week.
Late fees will begin on July 1st, 2024 and you may also encounter wait lists after this date.
Coach and Buddy Requests
TVSA allows buddy and coach requests for those in the same age group in all age groups up through U8. We do limit the number of coach requests in U5-U8 so TVSA will not guarantee placement with any particular coach. In the older age groups, there are no buddy or coach requests allowed in the fall season as the teams are built by a draft system with the exception that each coach may have an assistant coach whose child will be placed on their team along with their own child. Siblings in the same division will automatically be placed on the same team unless the parent explicitly requests otherwise. Please note that your child has a sibling in the same division in the buddy request field as it helps greatly to identify them.
Evaluations
Players in age groups U10 and older who are new to TVSA or who have not played within the last two years will be invited out to an evaluation session to help us in building the teams. This is not a tryout and all players who signed up on time and that we have enough volunteer coaches to accommodate will be placed on a team regardless of ability or experience. Players in the U8 age group or younger will not be asked to attend an evaluation.
Play Up Requests
Anyone requesting to play up to an older age group must attend an evaluation session or receive a waiver to do so from TVSA.
Refund Policy
Player Drops: Any player who drops from a team for any reason must do so in writing. Drop and refund requests should be mailed to TVSA at the mailing address or, preferably, via our contact page. If sending by mail, the postmark on the envelope will be considered the date of notification. A message should also be left for the league Registrar on the Kick Line (951-676-KICK) on ext. 2#, so the players name can be removed from the list. Drop requests postmarked prior to uniform distribution will be entitled to a refund of the paid registration fee less a $10.00 administration fee. Drop/refund requests that are received after uniform distribution will receive refunds only at the discretion of TVSA.
