Referees Report Card

All TVSA Referees - Please Take Note

In order to keep games running smoothly, don't forget these very important points:

Be on time to each and every game (30 minutes early if possible)
Notify TVSA Referee Assignor of your availability each week
Check in with TVSA Board member each week to ensure games are covered
SLIDE TACKLING is allowed in the FALL season only
No alcohol, smoking, or dogs allowed at the field
Substitutions are at the quarters only (except for U18 games)
First team listed is home team and provides the game ball(s)
First referee listed is the Center Referee
If you are not scheduled, TVSA is offering $9 per game for U8 (until further notice)
Full 90 Headgear (padded headband) is recommended for U5, U6 and U8 (Optional for other ages)
All coaches are REQUIRED to have their coaching badge on their person while coaching (they may also have paperwork stating they have attended the required course and don't have their card yet)
